Our valuation and advisory services are provided by Chartered Valuation Surveyors, who are members and registered valuers of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As members, they have an obligation to provide valuation advice in accordance to the provisions made in the RICS Valuation – Global Standards 2019 (the ‘RICS Red Book’), which incorporates the International Valuation Standards (IVS). These standards therefore provide assurance to our clients that our advice and report is consistent with the highest global standards.
